This software is scaleable and affordable for a single user or a large business. 123File-IT offers you the ability to get any of your editions of DDFS with NO MAJOR CAPITAL REQUIRED. We offer two unique plans: 5 editions to purchase and a few options for hosting. The following 123File-IT modules are also available; Workflow, Email Archiving, Version Control, Document Check IN & OUT and CRM. 123File-IT utilizes a SQL database with many advance features such as, browser-based viewing and administration with powerful searching capabilities, patent-pending SureSave ™ for ensuring the image has been saved correctly and securely between Server & Client, Scanner Compatibility, OCR, Bar Code, and the ability to store any type of digital file in the same folder. 123 File-IT offers a standard SQL database at no extra charge.
