From the moment the agave matures at the USDA and EU certified organic estates to the very first pour, 123 Spirits relies on local master artisans and Ravandi’s acute attention to detail during every stage of production. This sustainable, environmentally-friendly mindset extends to the packaging of 123 Organic Tequila Blanco (Uno), Reposado (Dos), Añejo (Tres), and Extra Añejo (Diablito); El Luchador Organic Tequila Blanco 110; and Cráneo Organic Mezcal, all of which are bottled in hand-blown recycled glass and labeled with soy ink-printed, recycled paper labels depicting the spirits’ Mexican heritage. 123 Organic Tequila (Uno Dos Tres), 100% Blue Agave. USDA & EU Organic Certification. In 2013 a very limited edition of 123 Organic Extra Anejo (Diablito) was released. Diablito is limited to 1,000 bottles initial release only. In Oct. of 2014 we launched a new line of Distill Proof Organic Tequilas, El Luchador Organic Tequila Single Estate 110 Proof. One of the very first Distill Proof Tequilas available in the market. This deep, velvety 110-proof spirit is favored by mixologists as a foundation for building authentic, classic cocktails and for enjoying as an agave digestif. Our Blanco’s journey began at 4,200 ft. in the heartland of Tequila where agaves flourish in the iron-rich soils of our certified organic estate. Here, El Luchador is distilled using artisanal methods and produced and packaged with the utmost respect for the environment.
