10MinSchool is a multi-national ed-tech venture offering an innovative and social approach to e-learning. We have developed a unique pedagogical methodology, to create a learning environment which utilizes advanced technology in combination with proprietary focused and effective 10-minute video-lessons, produced locally in each country and tailored to comprehensively cover the entire formal local curriculum toward high school graduation exams. We believe that education is the key to success that may help closing the socioeconomic gaps. Our pricing policy, offering an unlimited year-round subscription to the entire lesson library at the price of merely two private lessons on the local market, provides all students with access to quality education, regardless of socioeconomic status or location. We launched the 10MinSchool learning environment in Israel in 2014, where we have over 190,000 paid subscriptions. We have turned profitable in Israel in the second year of operation. 10MinSchool Ukraine was launched in 2016. We have established operations in China in 2017, starting with the province of Anhui. We set up local production operations and employ licensed teachers in each location. In penetrating new markets, we partner with strong local strategic partners, who have proven marketing and financial capabilities. For example, our local partner in Anhui, China is Wanxin Media, the largest distributor of education materials in the province, and one of China's 500 largest companies. In Israel, we have partnered with Ynet, Israel’s largest website and part of the country’s largest media group. We are seeking after new partnerships.
