Sona is a life-long Entrepreneur who, in middle-school, realized her two gerbils (who were suppose to be 2 males but were a male/female pair) could be a source of income. Selling the over-inventory of gerbils for $1 each, Sona was suddenly an entrepreneur for life. After five various business starts (3 failures), Sona founded CaringBridge in 1997. CaringBridge grew from helping a friend in need, to bringing 35+ million people together annually on the CaringBridge.org website. CaringBridge began using EOS in 2012 and Sona was immediately a fan and believer in the effectiveness of EOS. After founding and running CaringBridge.org for 20 years, its time to help other organizations through EOS. Sona also is sought out to speak on various topics from Leadership, Women in Technology, Care giving and using our online connections as a powerful positive force.
