Nicky Roberts is the “who” behind 1 Life by Design. Nicky values family, community, and wisdom, and it's those values that drive her to coach other women to create a life they love, with no regrets. Nicky's life transformed 20 years ago when working with a coach, and she has been paying it forward ever since. 1 Life by Design is the result of that transformation and intent. 1 Life by Design is a coaching curriculum that leads women through a journey of self-exploration that guides them to meaning and fulfillment to feel empowered and experience a sense of agency in their own lives.
