What started as a passion project for our Founder, Aqilah Norazman, became a community so inspiring, motivating and supportive, with each of our members working towards one sole purpose of becoming better individuals to realise their biggest potential. That is 1-Habit. 1-Habit is more than just a brand. It’s a way of life. In line with our vision to help people change sustainably, we believe that every single thing we do in life is shaped by the habits we have been brought up with. Which is why doing something like losing weight, building muscle or improving your health is not as easy as following just another meal plan or joining a gym. It requires nurturing, guidance and education so you can learn how to change the habits that is stopping you from getting to where you want to be. Today, with over 5 years of existence in the industry, we have crystallised our philosophy and are excited to bring this vision to everyone who believe they need it. -What We Do- 1-Habit Studio is located in the heart of Kampong Glam Conservation Area at 717 North Bridge Road, we provide 45-min Cardio, Strength, Recovery and Specialised Classes set in a small group setting of no more than 8 people. 1-Habit Online is a live small group training sessions streamed right from your home. In a small group of no more than 15 clients, our coaches will coach, guide and motivate you through each session. 1-Habit At Home is designed for more independent learners who doesn’t or prefers not to, have access to a gym. Training is delivered through an app and includes 5 sessions per week with a well rounded balanced approach. Our coaches work collaboratively, from planning training sessions to motivating you in class and with a combined total of over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, we are here to help you break records, push you past your limits and unlock the extraordinary that you never thought you could.
