011h is a technology-driven company dedicated to transforming the construction industry. It was founded in 2020 by Lucas Carné and José Manuel Villanueva, along with other partners. The company's model is built on three core pillars: industrialized construction using prefabricated components, an integrated network of suppliers to ensure a robust and scalable supply chain, and the full digitalization of the construction process. This approach has already been validated in projects such as Habitat Hospitalet (Barcelona), with 8 homes in collaboration with Renta Corporación; Fioresta (Alicante), 51 homes with AEDAS Homes; Casernes (Barcelona), 56 affordable housing units with IMHAB; and ongoing developments like Distrito Z (Málaga), 73 homes with Terra Green Living; Mar de Calonge (Girona), 54 homes with Culmia; and Ilex (Valencia), 68 homes with AEDAS Homes. With this foundation, 011h is set to deliver over 600 homes in 2026/27. At 011h, we are committed to making construction more sustainable, efficient, and affordable.
