At Zehen, our Hydrotherapy Room offers endless swimming or magical Watsu Water Massage, we have an Award Winning International Salon - Warren Tricomi, a state of the art New York style industrial gym, authentic ayurvedic treatments and an activity studio where yoga, pilates, spin cycling, TRX, meditation and other fantastic fitness classes take place. The goal is to curate bespoke wellness programmes for our members through our panel of experts, and to continually offer interesting and innovative events throughout the year to bring our members some of the best practices and therapies from across the world. Each member is welcomed with a series of consultations - The Zehen Circuit - where they meet our Medical Director, our Ayurvedic Doctor and Nutritional Therapist and discuss their medical, weight loss and other issues and chart out goals. A physical assessment by our Fitness Advisor helps plan the members' exercise regimen at the gym and studio. Most of our Personal Trainers are also certified Physiotherapists. Our Yoga Counsellor and several other practitioners and healers complete the circuit - our holistic approach to maximizing your general wellbeing.
