WODstack is a little application that we created because of our love for CrossFit. It wasn't long after we started keeping track of our WODs that we decided others might like to do the same. We combined a couple of pieces of code that we had written in the past and deployed this app in a couple nights. Don't be fooled though, this app is fast, slick and powerful. Oh yea...and it's free. Also, please know WODstack is not affiliated with CrossFit in any way, just here to support it's general awesomeness. Features: New: Box members automatically emailed WOD when Bow owner posts it. New: Daily Scoreboard for Box Members. New: Share your WODs with only members of your Box. New: Sexy URLs - pick your username and you live at wodstack.com/username. Makes connecting easy. New: Stat tracking for things like 1 rep max and tabata abs. New: Export your WODs to a CSV file to make analysis and transfer easy. New: Box (CrossFit Gym) Owners can create a Box and communicate with their members. Click here to see an active box Enter your WODs and record 1 of 4 categories: Time, Reps, Rounds or Weight Group your WODS however you like by creating and adding groups on the fly. i.e. "Angie" or "Days I felt Good" Browse your WODs by group or search all your WODs for key words. i.e. "bad night sleep" Keep your WOD log private but choose to share selected WODs publicly Comment on public WODs Star WODs to remember them later Follow other WODstackers like on Twitter
