Vertoro is a Dutch deeptech company converting low-value agricultural and forestry residues into lignin-based liquid renewable carbon carriers. Our mild conversion technology preserves the natural functionality of biomass, creating alternatives to fossil carbon for fuels, chemicals, materials and marine applications. We are scaling from demo operations to a first commercial plant, followed by global deployment through licensing. Our long-term vision is to make our renewable carbon a tradable global commodity.
