US-AB Information

Universitetsservice US-AB started its business in 1999 and has since focused on providing the academic community with printed matter. Initially, the company produced exclusively teaching materials and theses on the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Today the company has several other colleges and universities as customers but also a rapidly growing number of companies outside the academic world. The range of products and services has grown and evolved to include everything from fast copying and high volume printing to design, graphic project management, advanced variable printing and large format and display printing. The climate is an important issue for our business. As a proof of this is Universitetsservice US-AB environmentally certified and holds the Nordic Ecolabel ’Svanen’. Our environmental initiatives are an important part of our quest for development in todays climate issues, which indicates a strong ambition of developing within the business field. Our production today consists of printing using the latest digital technology and in-house finishing. Our ambition is to always provide different solution for the customer and serve as a "one-stop-shop", regardless of whatever the printing needs might be. We currently have production at two different locations; ’Royal Institute of Technology’ and Karolinska Institutet. In these production sites are several parallel production lines. Each place can act as a backup for the other, making deadlines an easy task. Universitetsservice US-AB strives for a flat organization with quick decision-making, high level of participation from staff and an entrepreneurial approach to the rapidly changing world in which it operates. The business design and direction will be characterized by what our customers want and what the market demands.
