TrueVector Technologies Information

TrueVector Technology provides a web-based, data visualization/mapping software application. We can take your data, with your unique boundaries, and display the information on a map that is on your website. Our application stresses ease-of-use and cost-effectiveness compared to the more technical and advanced GIS systems with server hardware. While at the same time our solution is more flexibility and powerful than the stacked chart map solutions on the market. TrueVector take GIS and other types of data, combine it with the customer’s specific data points and then generate XML files. These XML files are then loaded onto the customer’s website from an FTP folder. TrueVector Technology was founded in about two years ago. Our development team came out of the GIS and mapping world. In a nutshell, what we learned was that there was a large gap in the marketplace between Google Maps on one end of the continuum which lacks flexibility and advanced GIS systems at the other. Our goal was to create a method to generate custom maps, displaying unique data, in a format that is “thin” and easy for the customer to install on their website. Unlike generic mapping systems, TrueVector’s product is not limited to common, predetermined boundary lines like zip code or area code. TrueVector has also built in a way to import as much customer data as requested so that it can be displayed on the map.
