We provide affordable, beautiful, and safe housing as an alternative to college dormitories. TTP is a leading investor and manager of single- and multi-family homes based in the Quad-Cities (Iowa and Illinois) and acts as a third-party property manager for out-of-town landlords. Our model is “Housing for Serious Students.” We believe that healthy and quality living conditions are imperative to enhancing students’ academic experience. Each house we own and manage is of the highest quality, newly renovated, and has top-quality furniture and appliances. Furthermore, we offer on-call management service, online payment, maintenance request functions, and complementary cleaning services each month.
