Transitional Support Information

Transitional Phase Support Services which focuses on mental health well-being including personal counselling, academic career guidance, career transition, complex case management including suicide ideation and at-risk behaviours. Integral to holistic support; Our aim is to work with the whole family as well as with individuals and couples. Sessions are uniquely tailored to the individual and together we design and develop personalised coping strategies. Strategies may include; liaising with schools, allied health and medical professionals to ensure a ‘wrap around’ support system. This extends to also include case meetings, consultation, in-service training and professional development.
