TOSA Information

TOSA® is a standardized test which enables to assess and certify any user's skills on software applications (Microsoft® Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as programming languages (PHP, Java, C# / .Net...). We determine the proficiency level of students, job seekers and employees, in a quick and reliable way. Tosa tests are being created and distributed by Isograd. Our tests are being used by: - Universities (assess students skills at the beginning of the year to better target course content & certify their skills at the end of the year to add TOSA score to their resume and help them improve their employability) - Recruiters (to test candidates with our online assessment solution) - Training centers (to better target training needs & certify acquired skills at the end of a training session) Over 150 companies (Deloitte, Microsoft...), universities (HEC, Dauphine, Audencia, EM Grenoble, Inseec...) and recruitment firms already use our solutions in their formation and recruitment programs. Our company is a Laureate of Reseau Entreprendre program, a competitive start-up incubator (selected among 500 business plans) for its growth potential and innovative business model. We have also been awarded "Young Innovative Company"​ by the French Ministry of Finance. Our company was also a finalist at the French Investor Association competition (AFIC Avenir), also in 2012.
