The corporation was appointed the Authorised Service Centre for Samsung Electronics in 1999 for the greater Natal region. A brief insight into our experiences include being apprenticed to Barlow Rand Group in 1975 an 1976 respectively. We obtained our C.O.T.T. Certificates as Radio and T.V. Mechanicians. The company then changing its name to National Panasonic and then to Panasonic which is still currently in operation. Our major experience was in the Panasonic service department which was one of the top service departments in the country. The most important part of our service is the turn around time which is +/- 2 days depending on the availability of spares for the various appliances. Our Services
