THINKPLAN originates from our strategy implementation model in which we offer a service to our clients after strategic planning sessions and today our services incoporate our capacity development, facilitation and business communication services. Our experience working with leadership teams is that they generally don’t have too much difficulty figuring out what needs to be done.The biggest challenge is mapping the detailed steps and put the process in place to implement the plans……Keeping everyone aligned, focused and motivated to deliver. Together with our associate facilitators, we support our clients during follow-up collaborative workshops with their implementation teams, customers or suppliers. Think-plan uses a variety of visual mapping techniques and tools to ensure that the collective thinking and learning during planning and training sessions can be harnessed to its full potential. The Thinkplan Business Communication division includes presentations design as well as speedy and efficient delivery of business proposals, powerpoint presentations, excel spread sheets, small business databases, business reports…. We also run short, hands-on facilitation - and presentation skills workshops.
