The principals of Themed Development Management (TDM) have played key roles in some of the most significant theme park, themed entertainment, and resort projects in the industry. They have participated in all phases of project development from site evaluation and due diligence through all phases of design, implementation, and commissioning. We have worked on projects in the United States, Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean and the Middle East. Major project experience includes Epcot Center, Disney-MGM Studios, Disneyland Paris, Disney's Mickey's ToonTown & Indiana Jones, Universal's Islands of Adventure, CityWalk Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort, The Las Vegas High Roller and Slotzilla. Proposed project evaluation and developments efforts include Graceland Expansion and Renovation program, The Summit, Universal City Dubailand, the New York Wheel, and the Dubai Entertainment District.
