Since 2001, Terramark Urban Homes has built hundreds of homes across the state. Starting in 2013, Terramark began its first project in the downtown San Antonio area. Since then, the company has completed ten different communities totaling over 110 homes. The company recently moved its headquarters to a rehabbed historic structure on the Near East Side that will serve as its main office.
