TechDiversity Foundation is an Australian social enterprise building a stronger, fairer tech workforce. Founded in 2016, we work from one conviction: inclusive leadership is how Australia builds workforce capability, not a side project. The case is urgent. Australia's tech workforce is going backwards, with 31,000 roles lost in the year to May 2025 even as demand for digital skills climbs (ACS Digital Pulse 2026). The talent to close that gap is already here: culturally diverse, neurodivergent, First Nations and career-changing professionals the traditional pipeline overlooks.
