T3 Design Corporation Information

T3 Design Corporation (T3), a Virginia SBSD-certified, woman-owned DBE/SWaM firm who provides a full range of transportation engineering services, including traffic engineering, ITS, operations program management, and civil, drainage and roadway design-related services. We provide these services to state and local government, private developers and public transportation agencies throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. T3 has experience working in every VDOT District, on L&D, Structure & Bridge, and Traffic Engineering contracts. We have full traffic analysis and modeling expertise, including VISSIM and CORSIM. We have expertise in developing Transportation Management Plans and Maintenance of Traffic Plans for all project sizes, from intersection improvements to interchange and interstate projects. We are also traffic signal design experts, with over 300 signals designed across the Commonwealth. We take pride in developing safe, sustainable and cost-effective transportation solutions through meticulous studies, skillfully designed projects and expertly managed operations. T3 is certified as a DBE/MBE/WBE for VA, MD, DC, PA, DE, NC, WMATA, and MWAA.
