SWANA is a national association of professionals committed to advancing from solid waste management to resource management through their shared emphasis on education, advocacy, community and research. RCon ™, SWANA's flagship event experience, is where waste and resource management professionals go to think. With nearly 1,700 attendees at the inaugural RCon, the program featured more than 7 different learning formats spread out across the week to optimize flexibility and to empower participants to build their own agenda to meet their professional goals, time constraints and learning preferences.
