Switchel is a naturally refreshing beverage made with simple, healthful ingredients: apple cider vinegar, ginger, honey and water. Our apple cider vinegar is made the good, old fashioned (slow) way with organic Washington apples. It’s so good, there’s a full ounce of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in every bottle of Summit Switchel. We add fresh organic ginger and organic Washington honey for a touch of tartness and sweetness. And we add a bit of organic fruit juice to our lightly flavored switchels.
