Succat Hallel Information

Succat Hallel (Hebrew for Tent of Praise) is a dynamic community of worshippers and intercessors from five continents drawn together to stand as watchmen on the walls of Jerusalem. Some have come short-term; others have made Jerusalem their home. Our core staff are mostly Jewish and Arab Israelis. All have the common desire to minister first unto the Lord, to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and intercede for Israel and the nations. The Lord brought Rick & Patricia Ridings to Jerusalem in 1999 to birth Succat Hallel. It began in their living room in February 2000, and grew into watches in various In November 2004, the Lord opened the door for Succat Hallel to relocate to a beautiful facility overlooking Mount Zion and the Old City of Jerusalem. Since then we have been crying out day and night 24/7 until He makes Jerusalem a praise in all the earth. By the grace of the Lord, we have ministered since 2007 in youth events that have brought together hundreds of Jewish, Arab, and Palestinian believing youth who have grown in reconciliation and friendship. Since 2008, some of our leaders and teams have also ministered to help nurture houses of prayer throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Our passion is to provide a dwelling place for the Presence of the Lord in Jerusalem. We long to see a generation raised up that will give themselves fully in love and ministry to the Lord, and serve the purposes of the Lord in their generation.
