Studio HILO is a Berlin-based studio for textile innovation. We re-think textile production by offering open tools for more sustainable, demand-driven and personalized manufacturing processes. We research, design and develop new materials and open-source manufacturing systems. We facilitate co-creative and human-centred trainings for textile professionals. We teach and experiment as designers in creative collaborations. Our hands-on formats are developed for agile knowledge transfer for manufacturers, educators, designers and innovation labs.
