Our flatwork division is the best in the Lincoln and Omaha area. We provide the highest quality basement floor or driveway to the decorative, polished and colored concrete that brings out that touch of flair every home needs. But we don't stop there. The flatwork division has also delivered exacting standards for the thousands of commercial and industrial construction projects over the last 40 years. Stephens & Smith Construction also has a specialty products division. They install gyp-crete and acoustic-mat in apartment buildings and hotels, polish all types of concrete floors, apply industrial flooring and coatings, install hot water & electric in-floor heat systems, and are one of the leaders when it comes to insulated concrete roof decks.
