Startline Timing evolved from Winning Time Canada, a successful event management and sports timing company with its head office in the Greater Vancouver area, and expansion offices in Calgary and Montreal. With our recent growth into Eastern Canada, our teams have gained a great reputation across the country for delivering precise timing, and excellent customer service. Since our inception in 2004 as Winning Time Canada, we have been involved in over 500+ events ranging from 35 to 50,000 persons. Our brand evolution from Winning Time Canada to Startline Timing developed from the need to embrace new technology, and the utilization of the industry leading Chronotrack Timing solutions in 2010. Chronotrack technology is the timing choice for 25 of the Top 26 running events in North America and also the timing solution for the largest running event on the planet - the 85,000 person City to Surf in Sydney Australia. However, our core strength is our staff. We have an exceptional group of experienced timers, event coordinators, logistic support staff, and programmers who deliver our customized timing solutions, powered by one of the most innovative timing companies in the market today. We do not rely solely on the equipment or technology, but rather our extensive experience across all types of events to ensure that, regardless of the circumstances or conditions, every participant receives the best possible timing service. Our event experiences have come from not only local community events, but our staff have been directly involved in organizing, or part of the timing crew for high profile events such the 2014 Sochi, 2012 London and 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games, the 2010 and 2014 Commonwealth Games, as well as the 50,000 person Bloomsday Run in Spokane, WA. Our mission has always been to create a better experience for Race Organizers and Athletes, regardless of the size of event.
