First, it supports the creation of Departmental ERPs: bespoke, AI-native systems that run on top of a client’s legacy ERP and are tailored to the specific needs of each department head. These solutions are deployed as Custom SaaS—now commonly referred to as Service-as-a-Software—and generate what we define as Bubbles of Transformation: localized, high-impact deployments that progressively merge natively on-platform until the entire company or group becomes AI-native. Second, Fractal enables the structured integration of multiple AI providers, both internal and external, ensuring that AI can be effectively consumed within real operations. This directly addresses the structural causes behind the high failure rate of AI projects recently documented by MIT. Where appropriate, we complement operational transformation with Alpha Dynamics, our proprietary investment technology, allowing CFOs, CPOs, and executive teams to elevate their role by actively hedging market risks across their own business, their suppliers, and their clients. Further, it allows Private Equity to elevate their investment strategy once combined with Fractal. We have achieved international recognition for pioneering this field both theoretically and in practice, and for consistently sharing our work with industry and academia through our Center of Excellence since 2015.
