Sailing Performance Training Information

SPT is transforming the sailing industry with a the first-ever comprehensive fitness pathway. Based over two decades of high performance sailing experience and coaching in the sport, SPT's goal is to build more physically fit, healthy, and successful sailors. The pathway begins when sailors take to the water for the first time with SPT's fun-oriented curriculum. During these early years, sailors will enjoy activities and curriculum that will build a healthy foundation for their future enjoyment and success in any sport. Sailors and coaches will prosper from the healthy habits and early education of how fitness leads to success in sailing. As sailors mature, so should their fitness education and training with SPT's Medallion and Platinum services. During the early teen years, strong fitness training will give athletes the mental and physical strength to compete at the world-stage. Sailors with aspirations of winning international regattas or playing multiple sports will benefit from a well-planned fitness program while reducing their risk of sport-related injuries. To reach the pinnacle of any sport, athletes need a fitness plan to win and SPT has the trainers and experience to get them there. SPT has a history of working with high level athletes and teams like the United States Olympic Sailing Team and the Youth Red Bull America's Cup.
