Unlike the 800-pound gorilla in the space, we don't claim to 'automate' your RFPs. We don't even try to create your RFP response document. Your prospect probably created it and sent it to you. We concentrate on managing your content at the Q&A level. That way, you can record and monitor who authored what, and when, when was a particular answer last updated, how do other users rate the answer, etc. And we can track when each answer is scheduled to expire, based on your Entry Aging setting.
