Polycine GmbH is a global leader in the manufacture of high quality non-PVC, non-DEHP polypropylene-based, flexible packaging products. Polycine primary packaging products are specially designed for the Pharmaceutical Industry. The most common application areas of our non-PVC, non-DEHP, non-LATEX APP products (Advanced Polypropylene) are: IV solution bags and other pharmacological applications, films and tubing for parenteral nutrition, films for drainage applications, port granulate / medical compounds, overwrap films and hot stamp transfer foils. Polycine's non-PVC, non-DEHP , non-LATEX APP film and tubing for primary packaging are manufactured in a class 10.000 cleanroom environment from medical grade raw materials. The entire production process is monitored and controlled online to ensure highest product quality; it follows the basic standards of GMP. The quality assurance system of the production site meets requirements of the ISO 9001. Our documentation system guarantees full lot traceability down to a single roll. Polycine has customers in more than 40 countries. Since its foundation in 2002 Polycine has set the standards in quality, innovation and cost effectiveness of non-PVC, non-DEHP, non-LATEX polypropylene-based film and tubing.
