The Personal Development School (PDS) is a global personal growth platform that helps people heal insecure attachment patterns and build secure, lasting relationships, both professionally and personally. Our work is built on Integrated Attachment Theory® (IAT), a proprietary framework developed by founder Thais Gibson between 2013 and 2019, drawing on neuroscience, attachment theory, psychology, and spirituality.
