Originally from Lyon, France and now based in London, I began my career in the hospitality sector, working in varied roles from Operator to Wine Buyer to Training Manager to People Director. I have set up culinary and wine academies, compiled wine lists for hospitality groups and trained, coached and mentored business professionals internationally. I now bring my passion and experience to my clients and partners, offering very personal consultancy services. Above all, I love meeting new people, learning about their unique priorities, and delivering engaging, educational experiences – whether that be in relation to people or wine.”
