Partner Master Class Information

Partner Master Class (PMC) is a Dutch consulting company that delivers the official Microsoft PDC program. PDCs deliver training and coaching for the 5 so-called non-technical roles of the Dynamics Partner Academy. These roles are: • Leadership (including cloud transformation) • Marketing • Sales • Pre-Sales • Project Management. PMC is selected by Microsoft as the first choice PDC for The Netherlands, Belgium, the UK and recently also for Australia and Germany. Joining the Partner Master Class is an innovative journey that brings perspective, vision, tools and processes to Microsoft partners helping them to manage successfully their business. What is PDC In 2008 Microsoft started a new initiative called Partner Development Centers. Those Partner Development Centers are focussing on improving the business of Microsoft partners. A combination of classroom training and individual coaching per partners results in improving the business. There are not many Patrner Development Centers left but PMC is selected by Microsoft as the PDC for The Netherlands, Belgium, the UK and recently also for Australia and Germany. PMC started her activities beginning of 2008 with the first Dutch Partner Development Center group. Since 2008 PMC has coached and trained more than 160 partners in Europe! In 2008 Partner Master Class started with the first group of Dutch partners. Since then, we have trained and coached 11 full groups in the Netherlands, Belgium and the UK, with more than 100 Dynamics partner companies in total. Related to the PDC programs we have also conducted coaching activities for many Dynamics partners. Some partners invited us to be part of their advisory board. Other partners asked us for guidance in specific cases like mergers and acquisitions. In those cases we assisted in deal making and business planning. Finally, we also deliver strategic business consulting to a series of top Dynamics partners in the EMEA region.
