PACE Spin Studio Information

PACE Spin Studio is an inclusive premier fitness studio. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional and motivating spin classes in an invigorating and energized environment. Our clients and team are empowered to achieve their goals at their own PACE and to develop a healthy mind and body that takes them into the world showcasing the best version of themselves. Our classes are suited for all fitness levels and everyone is welcome. Meet the the founders and owners of PACE Spin Studio, the Venables Family: Gary, Sheila & Sam. The Venables first moved to Kelowna in 2001 and they have been heavily involved in the community ever since through sports, fundraising, and community events. Spin has played an instrumental role in each of their lives. In March of 2018, after a family dinner and a few bottles of wine, the concept of PACE was created. Sam, Sheila & Gary wanted to bring something new to Kelowna. They decided to combine their passion for spin and helping people grow and open their own studio. Whenever you are in the studio you will see at least one member of the Venables Family. Sam can be found in studio with her fur-babies Ryder, Denzel & Penelope and you can also catch her on the podium (check out Sams instructor bio here ). Sheila is the studio mom. She takes care of each and every rider and instructor like they are her own. Gary will never turn down a chance to ride.
