Our services include: • We are able to Independently Chair Child Protection Conferences, fulfil the role of the independent reviewing offices, Looked After Children Reviews, Pathway Plan Reviews and adoption reviews. • We specialise in providing training in the field of child and family social care. We can also provide supervision of students as well as supervision and mentoring of more established staff. • Assist remote local authorities in managing the care of children and young people who are placed in South Wales by performing visits to the child and attending relevant meetings and advocating for that child. • Complete Foster Care assessments, Connected Persons, Special Guardianship and Adoption Assessment. • We can also complete Annual Foster Carer Reviews. • We can complete Parenting Assessments, including PAMS assessments. • Complete independent Investigations of Complaints and Representations. • We can carry out direct work with children and young people including statutory visits. • Supervise contact between parents and their children and form assessments of that contact. • Independent Audits and Quality Assurance. • Act as a Chair or the Independent Person for Secure Accommodation Reviews.
