𝗺𝗼𝘄𝗼𝗺 (𝗠𝗼ther’s W𝗼rk 𝗠atters) is a project launched in 2020, presented as a conceptual company, dedicated to 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 as an essential pillar for society and the economy. We work to reduce the gap women face when they become mothers and to transform how companies and organizations understand care work. We develop 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 that help mothers 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, while fostering 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 and promoting 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 in the workplace. In addition to our training and support work, we engage in 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗺 to 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, promoting cultural, corporate, and political changes that recognize the true value of motherhood. At mowom, we believe in a future where motherhood 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲, and where its 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰, 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 is fully recognized.
