Starting or sustaining a business as an urban entrepreneur can be a daunting challenge—especially without a traditional business background or direct access to resources. We facilitate a 15-week business course powered by our proprietary, in-house MORTAR Masters curriculum. This program is specifically designed to equip historically marginalized entrepreneurs with the tools, mentorship, and community support needed to build or expand their dream businesses and grow alongside their neighborhoods. While Cincinnati remains our epicenter, MORTAR’s impact now stretches far beyond the Queen City. With locations established across the country, we are creating a national ripple effect that drives job creation, business ownership, and flourishing local economies.
