Superb four-season waterfront retreat with 3 cottages for rent on a beautiful and private lake that can accommodate up to 8 people each. The retreat is approximately 80 minutes (115 Kms) drive from downtown Ottawa. Amazing natural environment nearby. Many services including grocery, banks, convenient stores and restaurants are available in Gracefield which is 10 minutes drive away. Each Cottage offers approximately 1600 square feet of living area on a 1 ½ acre very private lots with approximate 140 feet of waterfront on each property. The cottages are 4 season homes on 2 levels with hardwood and high end laminate flooring throughout. The cottages are south-facing towards the lake and each property also includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines, toasters, microwave oven, linens, a large family room with large couch, TV, DVD player, PS2 gamming console (with games, guitars, drums) and lots of board and card games. There is a BBQ on the 35′ upper deck which is accessable through the patio door with the view of the lake. Both cottages have 2 full bathrooms where cottage 1 has 3 bedrooms and cottage 2 has 4. The cottages also have an outdoor fire pit with an abundant supply of firewood. There is also a beautiful wooden dock on the sparkling clean spring fed lake with execellent swimming and fishing.
