Welcome to Wafi Group Founded in Dubai in 1973 by H.E. Sheikh Mana Bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, MKM Commercial Holdings LLC has grown as the Emirate has, diversifying and adding businesses as opportunities have arisen. Today, the Group comprises 5 LLCs, including the Group’s flagship development, ‘WAFI’ as well as Property, Hospitality, Hotels, Industrial, Transport and Energy, employs over 3000 staff, has operations spanning 16 countries world-wide. The Group business is organised based on sector of operations: - Wafi Properties comprising of Wafi (shopping mall), Wafi Residence and many other properties - Wafi Industrial comprising of Compass, Phoenix Concrete Products, Trade Circle Technical Industries (TCTI) and Shred-It - Wafi Hospitality comprising of Raffles Dubai and Wafi Hotels which covers Arabian Park Hotel and Park Hotel Apartments. Other divisions of Wafi Hospitality are it's Food & Beverage section which oversee the restaurants in the Pyramids complex and Health & Leisure section which oversees Cleopatra's Spa, Pharoahs' Club and Hair@Pyramids. - Wafi Transport comprising of United Car Rentals, International Freight Agency and Aladdin. - Wafi Energy Despite a successful program of overseas expansion, MKM remains firmly rooted in the Middle East and are proud to base growth upon traditional values, combined with an innovative approach to business – best illustrated through the Group’s impressive portfolio of unique and original ventures.
