MDT is an innovative European based company that has a worldwide presence with its sunshade systems, membrane constructions and custom-made products. Pioneering innovations like the MDT tulip umbrella construction in 1996 lead to MDT becoming one of a few specialists worldwide with a comprehensive product range for unit and serial production of giant umbrellas. A major product evolution by MDT is its inverted sunshade, aptly named the tulip. It forms a truly striking focal point, especially after dusk and at night for a more beautiful or mood accentuating illumination. Tulip sunshades can make an effective backdrop to events, cultural occasions and private functions.
