Founder Bill has worked all his life in the lighting industry and for the first 20 years, was leading major contracting companies in the corporate world and gained a reputation for business turnaround expert. Bill has worked with International Corporates / SME / Family Ltd / PLC leading positive change in sales and operations, often leading to mergers following massive growth and turnaround. With the invention of LED lighting, the maintenance market and manufacturing world has needed to dramatically change and adapt. This led to Bill leaving the lighting maintenance and installation industry and made the move to LED Lighting in 2012 which in a way, was a poacher turned game keeper story. While this was a huge challenge, working in a new industry, with manufactures in the electronics industries and with a fast evolving and relatively unknown product, Bill soon got to know the key players and associations where he could build a new network and learn about this new technology. Naturally, this transition sparked his entrepreneurial flare for innovation. At IVITI lighting, where he was CEO, he was lucky enough to travel the globe in search of differentiated products working with world players like Sony / Samsung / Vestel and has worked with several inventors to bring innovative new products to market. After gaining all this experience and understanding, the channels of the industry and market sectors, Bill decided to start Lumenlinks Ltd in 2015 with a vision that no one is an expert at everything and that working together will lead to a better solution.
