ARLANXEO is one of the world's largest synthetic rubber producers and a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, a leading energy and chemicals producer. ARLANXEO develops, produces and markets high-performance rubbers with 10 production sites in 8 countries and 2 innovation centers. Headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands, the company’s core business is the development, manufacturing and marketing of synthetic high-performance rubber for use in the automotive and tire industries, the construction industry, and the oil and gas industries. ARLANXEO was established in April 2016 as a joint venture of LANXESS - a world-leading specialty chemicals company based in Cologne, Germany - and Saudi Aramco - a major global energy and chemicals enterprise headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The two partners held each a 50% interest in the joint venture. Since December 31, 2018, ARLANXEO is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, a leading producer of energy and chemicals.
