Key Performance, a New York State Certified women owned business, was founded in 1998 with a mission to provide break-through training that empowers organizations and individuals to significantly increase performance and reach their goals. Most people are stretched to the limit, over-scheduled and over worked. According to Gallop, 70 percent of employees are not engaged at work. This translates into a loss of approximately $400 billion in our economy, not to mention unhappy, unfulfilled people. Time is an increasingly rare commodity, and is very often not in our control.
