Kavim Public Transportation Ltd. is the largest private public transportation company in Israel. The company was established in 2000 as a partnership between the "Meir" Company,Truck Company and the transportation company Horan Leibovitz, against the background of the Ministry of Transportation's decision to privatize public transportation services. Since its establishment, the company has been growing consistently, and today it supplies approximately 15% of the public transportation market, in buses, in Israel. Kavim has about 2,400 employees and operates a fleet of about 1,300 buses, minibuses and minibuses, urban and intercity in modern models.
