jsreport is open source project that helps developers to design and render various types of business reports. It supports multiple output formats including pdf. The way developers design reports in jsreport is quite innovative. It is not based on UI report designers like it's currently common. Developers are coding reports in jsreport using javascript templating engines which gives them the full flexibility. jsreport also provides several extensions for images, custom scripting, report composition and others to make developers productive.
