InCommon is a social enterprise bridging generational divides. Our mission is to bring young and old together to learn and to tackle isolation by connecting people across generations. Our 6 week, project-based PSHE programme helps primary schools build links with older people in the local community. It creates experiences that builds children's social and emotional learning, reduces isolation and grows older people's independence.
