Keith and Lisa Kroehler started this company in Lima, Ohio in 1992 and continue to operate it today. Our window cleaning capabalities include high rise, man lifts, water-fed pole work and ladderwork. Soft Washing is better than pressure washing! Soft Washing uses a gentle spray of eco-friendly cleaners to kill mildew, algae, moss, lichen and other fungus on roofs, siding, decks, concrete, paver stones, retaining walls, fences and more. Do you have black streaks on your roof? That's not dirt, it's algae. It is Gloeocapsa magma, an airborne algae that moved in from the Caribbean to the East coast many years ago. It took several years to move to the Midwest, but now it's prevalent everywhere. Mildew is often commonly found on the exterior of houses because of the wet springs and humid summers here.
