Growing from the late 90s from a whole of market mortgage sourcing system (the Home Buyer System) to our mi-Zone system (Business Process System) we have always listened to our customers to produce relevant systems and enhancements, as well as anticipating their needs through changing technologies and FCA/ICO regulation. mi-Zone is probably our most exciting product, mainly because the impact it has on a business can be measured. A few years ago we were all being told that Robo Advice (definition: provision of financial planning services through automated algorithms with no human intervention) was the future. At that time we took the opposite view, that the future was about “Robo-ising” the Adviser and support staff, not replacing them. Using mi-Zone as the Platform we have helped set up 3 Wealth Management firms, the latest has been able to achieve the following very impressive results over the last two years: • 145% increase in completed cases (61% year 1) • 84% reduction in time from initial enquiry to being paid (28% year 1) • 80% increase in income (34% year 1) • 3 Advisers – With average fee income of just over £420k each • 17% increased appointment capacity We also have Mortgage and Protection firms using it. They are able to see their whole business Pipeline on one screen and where every case is in it. The system acts like an electronic relay race moving your cases through the stages of your business process, from initial enquiry to payment. It removes all the mundane chasing and admin by automating tasks leaving Advisors and Administrators to be more productive and cases get from start to finish quicker. There are accompanying Portals to mi-Zone, mi-Introducer and mi-World. mi-Introducer is a Portal that passes leads to mi-Zone from your Introducers. The most popular use of this is with Estate Agents passing mortgage enquiries to Mortgage Advisers. mi-World is a Client Portal which works with mi-Zone.
