HM Remodeling Inc Information

HM Remodeling was created in April of 2016 as the home remodeling division of Mr. Handyman of Greater Fairfield County. However, our remodeling experience started long before HM Remodeling was formed. In fact, our team had been remodeling bathrooms, kitchens and basements for over a decade. And, many of our technicians had owned their own home remodeling businesses for over twenty years prior to joining our firm. Altogether, our team had completed hundreds of successful projects. The big change for us came when I realized that in order to deliver the very highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction, we needed to offer design services as well as remodeling services. How else could homeowners establish and effectively communicate their visions? My research showed that less than 40% of the homeowners surveyed said that their remodeling experiences met their expectations. In fact, more folks rated government services higher than remodeling.
